Today you gather the first fourteen days. You do not have to learn anything new. You simply look: What has changed in my perception? Have my hands become more familiar? Have I become quieter, finer, more patient?

Sit quietly and place your hands in Gassho before your heart. The palms touch gently. The thumbs may rest lightly on the breastbone.
Breathe out calmly a few times. Then remember the past days: sensing the hands, warmth, energy ball, hand over hand, heart and belly, water, plant, breath, intuition, receiving.
Now slowly separate the hands and hold them before your heart, palms facing each other. Sense the space between the hands.
Ask yourself:
Remain in this quiet perception for five to ten minutes.
Perhaps you notice a clear difference from day 1. Perhaps the difference is small. Perhaps you do not sense more, but you are less tense. That too is progress.
Before an attunement, the point is not to be perfectly prepared. The point is to become honest, open and calm.
If you are worried that you do not sense enough, take this sentence with you: "I do not have to be special in order to receive Reiki." Your task is not to make yourself grand. Your task is to be present.
Place your hands on your heart and say inwardly: "I am ready to receive at my own pace."
Your answer belongs in your personal Reiki journal. It grows with every day and stays with you alone.
Practice several times a day
Once you are signed up, single days become a path: your progress is saved, your journal is kept, and the attunement days open at the right time.
