Good to know: At the moment there is only an Android app. The iPhone app will follow. You can also sign in on the web at
reiki.klarooo.de with the same login details.
🌙 iPhone & iPad (Safari)
- Open reiki.klarooo.de in Safari (important: not Chrome or Firefox on iOS).
- Tap the Share icon in the bar at the bottom (square with an upward arrow).
- Scroll down in the list and tap “Add to Home Screen”.
- Confirm with “Add” in the top right.
- Done – the Klarooo icon now sits on your home screen.

🥇 Android (Chrome)
- Open reiki.klarooo.de in Chrome.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right.
- Choose “Install app” or “Add to home screen”.
- Confirm with “Install”.
- The app appears in the app drawer and on the home screen.

Samsung Internet, Firefox and Edge also support installation – the menu is similarly named everywhere.
💻 Desktop (Chrome / Edge)
- Open reiki.klarooo.de in Chrome or Edge.
- On the right of the address bar, a small install icon appears (monitor with an arrow).
- Click it – confirm with “Install”.
- Klarooo opens in its own window and is added to the Start menu (Windows) or the application dock (Mac).

❔ Why no app in the App Store?
Honest answer: a PWA today is the more modern and more sensible solution. Three reasons:
- No 30% fee to Apple or Google – that saves you money and us paperwork.
- Instant updates. If we improve something tomorrow, you have it the day after. No waiting on store approvals.
- One codebase for iPhone, Android and desktop – cleaner, more stable, future-proof.
If having an app-store icon is genuinely important to you, write to us. If there's enough demand, we'll think about it again.
🔧 It's not working?
“Install app” not visible: On Android, check that you're in Chrome and not in an in-app browser, e.g. one opened from Facebook. You can always use the web version at reiki.klarooo.de.
Icon appears but the app doesn't open: Check your internet connection. Clear the browser cache. If necessary, uninstall and re-add to the home screen.
Push notifications don't work: Push notifications are currently in preparation. Once enabled, the app will ask for permission on first launch.
