HOW TO
- Think of a person you wish well. See their face before your inner eye.
- Place your hands on your heart and feel the love you have for this person.
- Imagine pink-golden light flowing from your heart to the other person.
- Say inwardly: „I send you light, love and healing. May you be well.“
- Imagine the other person smiling and receiving the energy. You are connected.
- Gently release the connection and say: „So be it – for the highest good of all.“
