HOW IT WORKS

  1. Sit down and activate all three symbols (Symbol Sandwich).
  2. Think of a past situation that still hurts or weighs on you.
  3. Say: “I now send Reiki to [situation/date]. May healing happen.”
  4. Picture the scene and let golden light flow into it – into everyone involved, into the space, into the emotions.
  5. You don’t change what happened – but you change the energetic charge it left in you.
  6. Say: “I am healed. The past has no more power over me.”
