Right of Withdrawal

For contracts with consumers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication about your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For the repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Important notice under § 356(5) BGB (German Civil Code):

The right of withdrawal expires early if the contract obliges the Provider to deliver digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, and

  • you have expressly agreed that performance of the contract should begin before the end of the withdrawal period,
  • you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and
  • the Provider has begun performance.

This consent is requested separately during the ordering process.
