Reiki for Plants

Supplying houseplants with energy

Read through the steps calmly once before you begin – it makes the practice easier.

TIP Plants respond measurably to Reiki – they grow faster and become stronger. At the same time you practice sending energy and strengthen your connection to nature.

HOW TO

  1. Choose a plant near you. Sit in front of it or hold your hands around the pot.
  2. Activate Reiki and send it into the plant. Imagine green light streaming through it.
  3. Say inwardly: „I send you light and love. Grow and flourish.“
  4. Perceive the plant – its leaves, its shape, its life energy. Feel the connection between you.
  5. Hold for 1–2 minutes and feel how you too benefit from the calm plant energy.
  6. Thank the plant for the fresh air and beauty it gives you.
