Clearing a Situation

Resolve a stuck situation with Reiki symbols

Read through the steps once in peace before you begin – it makes the practice easier.

TIP When a situation seems stuck – conflict, indecision, a blockage – send it Reiki. You change the energy, and new solutions become possible.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Activate all three symbols. Describe the situation clearly in one sentence.
  2. Say: “I send Reiki to the situation [description] – for the highest good of all.”
  3. Hold the situation between your hands as if it were an object. Let Reiki flow into it.
  4. Don’t fix on a solution! Say: “May the best solution become visible.”
  5. Hold for 2–3 minutes and trust that the energy is working – even if you see nothing.
  6. Let go and stay open to signs, ideas and impulses over the next few days.
